Yes, our buses transport professional working staff with comfortable seats for them.
Can I pay cash for the transport?
For accountability reasons, we do not allow cash collections by the driver. Full payments are required prior to the charter date to faciltiate booking arrangements.
What are the other payment modes besides cash?
Our preferred payment modes are by bank transfer and PayNow.
Do you accept cheque payments?
Yes, on exceptional basis, we do accept cheque payments. Do note that cheques must be received and cleared before the charter date before we can proceed with the booking. Cheques are to be made payable to ‘Bus Concierge Pte Ltd’.
Can payment be made via Credit Cards?
Yes, on exceptional basis, credit card payments can be arranged. Do note that card admin fees levied by the payments channel provider are payable by the clients. For clarity, these charges will be included in the invoice.
I need a bus for 2 hrs, how should I go about with the charter?
You would need to charter the bus on disposal or hourly booking arrangement. Kindly refer to our rates table for hourly booking charter rates. Do note that hourly booking are subject to min charge of 4 hrs.
I need a bus to do multiple trips with more than 1 pickup and 1 drop off point. How is the bus to be arranged?</p> <p>

Do you provide buses for events?
Yes, we do. Do write to us with details of the events so that we can advise a quote.
Upon booking of the charter, when will vehicle and driver details be advised?<br />
Vehicle and driver details are advised the day before the charter date (end of the day).
<br /> How much notice do I need to provide for bus cancellations?
At least 48hrs and more. Full Refund less $10 admin charges will be provided upon official notification of the cancellation.
<br /> Can I make changes to the charter details after the booking has been confirmed with payment?
Yes, you may inform us of any subsequent changes after confirmed booking by providing the latest details at least 48 hrs prior to the charter date.

Are your charters handicap friendly?
Unfortunately, our buses are not handicap friendly. Please check with transport companies that specialize in transporting persons with physical disability.
Are there additional charges for early pickups at 6am?
Yes, extra charges applies for pickup from 7am and before.
Are there additional charges for late night pickups?
Yes, extra charges applies for late night pickup from 11pm onward.
Are there additional charges for airport pickups?
Yes, extra charges applies for airport pickups.
Will there be official receipts for payments?
Yes, all payments are acknowledged with official receipts.
Do you provide long term contract charters?
Yes, we do provide such services. You may write in with full details of the regular charters and we will advise you a quote accordingly.
Can I select the make and model of the bus for the charter?
We do not allow specific selection of buses or bus models for the trip. This is due to strict bus scheduling requirements where our Operations schedules buses according to each day’s bus traffic demand.
Can the 49 seater bus accommodate 50 pax?
The maximum capacity for our 49 seater bus is up to 49 pax. It will not be able to accommodate 50 pax
